MONTI BAY LODGE RENTAL POLICY

The release of claims waiver must be signed by all guests prior to arrival. You may not operate or be in a vehicle or watercraft without a signed release on file.

VEHICLE RENTALS

You take full responsibility for the vehicle during use, and are responsible for any damages and loss of rental income during repairs. You will report back to Monti Bay Lodge if anything is broken, or if equipment is lost during use.

Vehicle must not be driven outside 40 mile radius.

Vehicle Return Process:

Please return the vehicle to the airport with a full tank of gas and dispose of all garbage. If the tank is not returned filled we will charge the current rate for gasoline plus a $100 refill fee. Monti Bay Lodge recommends filling the tank as your last stop before returning the vehicle to the airport parking lot.

Staff must be able to inspect, clean and re-fuel the vehicle before the next day (if not returned filled as required).

Key Return Process:

Please place the keys on the seat and leave the vehicle unlocked for staff to access and inspect.

WATERCRAFT RENTALS

Requirements for Use

You must have experience with watercraft, including any boat, canoe or other marine vessel (motorized and/or not motorized) provided for your use.

You must be able to launch your own watercraft, and pull the watercraft out of the water to return.

You take full responsibility for the watercraft during use, and are responsible for any damages and loss of rental income during repairs. You will report back to Monti Bay Lodge if anything is broken, or if equipment is lost during use.

Watercraft Returns

Staff must be able to inspect, clean and re-fuel the watercraft before the next day (if a motorized watercraft is not returned filled as required)

Gas cans can be filled at the Gas Station. If a motorized watercraft is returned with the gas can unfilled, Monti Bay Lodge will charge a $100 refill fee plus the current rate of gasoline.

Reservations Policy

Motor boats and drift boats may be reserved ahead of arrival at Monti Bay Lodge. Reservations are a commitment to use the watercraft on a specific date. With the exception of unsafe boating conditions, if you elect not to use the watercraft on the day you have reserved, you will still be responsible for payment.

In the event that a cancellation is requested at least 30 days prior to arrival, we will do our best to re-book the watercraft. If we are able to rent to another guest, we will at your preference, refund your payment or apply your payment to a future stay.

If you would like to add a watercraft rental during your stay, contact the on-site manager. The manager will confirm availability and add another day to your reservation.
